Engr/EnP Ana specializes in urban planning and civil engineering, and she has applied her expertise through her companies - M Pulido Engineering and Urban Planning Services and WorkPack System Company. She is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the Philippine Evaluators for Development, Eastern Regional Organization for Planning and Human Settlements, New Zealand Planning Institute, and the American Evaluation Association. Her interests lie in evaluating the planning process, promoting sustainable land use and urban development, enhancing professional practices, and advocating for the rights and perspectives of marginalized communities.

EnP Jun is the Chairman of the Continuing Professional Development and was the former Chapter President of the Camarines Chapter. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and an accredited Continuing Professional Development Lecturer. He owns a realty firm in Naga City and has a wide range of experience in the public sector both as an elective official and as an environmental planner. His expertise includes integrated area development, water resource watershed management, land use and housing, coastal and forest management, and local legislation.

He has more than 10 years’ experience in the public sector and is currently affiliated with a state-run oil company. EnP Roberto is serving his second term for the Philippine Institute of Environmental Planners National Board. Prior to this, he spearheaded the formation of the Quezon Chapter and was elected as Chapter President. He is currently the Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator in the Municipality of Candelaria. He has over 40 years’ experience in the academe and both private and public sector, both as an elective official and a career service official. He specializes in local development planning, strategic planning, public investment programming, public administration, and training facilitation. He is also an advocate of employing environmental mitigation and adaptation measures for various plans and projects.

Hon. Barizo was the former President in the Albay Chapter. He has a strong professional background in the fields of environmental planning and civil engineering; he also has certification as a Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence Professional. He has extensive experience in public service and is currently serving his second term as an elected official as a City Councilor of the City of Legazpi with Chairmanship in the Committee of Laws and Rules, Committee on Public Order and Safety, and Committee on Public Utilities and Transportation; Chairperson of the City Public law Enforcement and the Local Traffic Consultative Council; and is the Permanent Alternate of City Mayor Rosal who is the Chairperson of the Albay Gulf Management and Development Council. His interests include environmental protection and conservation, mangrove and beach forest rehabilitation, community-based aquaculture farming in remote areas, and vertical mudcrab farming.

Dr. Josefino Saavedra Bascug is a lecturer on rural and urban planning at the Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology School of Graduate Studies-Sustainable Development Studies Program. He is the PIEP National Board’s Vice President for Mindanao Cluster for the term 2021-2022 and also the Chairman for the Committee on Research and Vice Chairman for the Committee on Knowledge Management. He is also a Member of the various standing committees such as Membership, Convention, etc. Dr. Bascug is a National Board of Director of the Asia Pacific Evaluators Association (APEA) – Philippine Evaluators for Development-Pilipinas Development Evaluators Association (PHILDEV) for the term 2021-2024.
